We believe that a diverse Board makes us stronger, so experience in housing is not a prerequisite, but we are looking for a candidate with the motivation to help us meet the challenges of the housing sector in Wales.
Particular areas of expertise that would strengthen our Board include:
•Digital Transformation & Technology Skills: To have experience in helping deliver and implement IT strategy, and ways of working and communicating to ensure that CHC is making the best use of technology.
•Business Development: To have experience of identifying and developing new business ideas to generate additional income to core services. To be commercially minded and able to provide challenge and direction to CHC and Board in this area.
•Research & Economics: To have a research background that focuses on an evidenced-based approach, and to be able to use that knowledge to help inform future priorities and direction.
However, we remain open-minded and encourage applications from committed and talented individuals from all backgrounds and sectors.
